In English, we are currently dealing with the topic “Health and Nutrition”, and I suggested that the pupils of class 2BK should prepare a five-minute workout session for the next seven weeks.
We started this Monday in our 1st lesson. I showed them a few exercises that help to loosen the joints. Start off with rolling your head, your shoulders, your elbows, your hands, your hips, your knees down to your ankles. Finally, you bend down keeping your knees straight and fold backward. This helps to loosen the spine. All exercises must be repeated six times. Have fun 😉and don’t forget to start your day with a swing!
