After Florian and Paul’s workout two Mondays ago, it was now Matteo’s and my turn to design a workout for our classmates. Our goal was to ensure everyone’s safety and prevent injuries, so we began with stretching and joint loosening exercises.  

Once we completed this crucial warm-up, we proceeded to more challenging exercises. We kicked off with a one-minute plank, followed by push-ups and sit-ups.  

The entire workout lasted only about 8 minutes, making it an excellent routine to maintain fitness. By incorporating this short workout into your mornings, you can effectively keep yourself in shape.
