This time it was Florian’s and my turn to provide a special work-out for this week. Our plan was to do a little stretching work-out, which you should do before trying any of the other work-outs to protect you from injuries.
We started off with a thigh stretching exercise followed by an arm stretching task. Then we did some for our other parts of the legs like the calves, the abductors and the back of legs. Each exercise must be done for 10 seconds on each side.
Don´t forget to do your stretching before doing any hard work-out to avoid any cramps or strains!
