Following Carolina’s and Lisa’s abdominal training two weeks ago, it was our turn this week to keep our classmates fit and healthy.
We tried to cover the most important bits of our body, starting off with some good stretches. After having done a minute of push-ups and squats which have surely woken up everyone who had still been partially sleeping, the most stressful exercise was still to come: lifting your legs while lying on the ground – for 60 seconds as well, of course.
If you do these exercises seven times a week in the morning, you’ll most certainly feel fit – and not tired anymore 😉
