This Monday it was our turn and we showed our classmates five exercises which you can easily imitate at home without any equipment. By the way, each one must be repeated for a minute. We focused on training the abdominals and started off with Russian twists. After that we did sit-ups followed by a classical knee-to-elbow exercise. Next, we did bicycle crunches. To finish off, we did a plank.
